We currently only ship within the 48 contiguous states. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories such as Puerto Rico isn’t available yet.
Orders are typically processed 3-5 business days after received and delivery can take an additional 3-10 business days.
Orders that have not yet been processed may be cancelled, although this is not always guaranteed. Contact customerservice@noorculture.com as soon as possible after placing an order if you need to cancel an order. Orders that have been fulfilled can not be cancelled.
There is a flat rate of $6.99 for shipping orders that are below $100 in value. Orders over $100 automatically ship for free.
We buy our clothing from wholesalers and manufacturers across several countries, including the UAE, Indonesia and India
All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for any clothing item purchased from our online store. If you receive a defective item of clothing please contact customerservice@noorcoulture.com and we will work with you to try and resolve any problems.
